Beautiful and gentle way to interact with the river. Providing an opportunity to allow for appreciation and respect for the world beyond the streets that become the familiar terrain of urban life. Shedding much needed light on the ‘Underland’ the broad ecosystem which we need to care for with care and understanding.

Profound. Seems like a challenge to summarise in a paragraph but... This was a totally unique way of approaching a group outdoor activity and allowed our perspectives to shift significantly about how we approach life. A glimpse into how we might alter our approach to living and therefore impact societal structures and norms for the benefit of humans and nature. It definitely had a positive effect on our nervous systems to go without phones and timekeeping devices for the most part. The multi-generational group of strangers added positively to our shared experience. It would be amazing to see this approach applied to a variety of activities in society.

I loved the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with myself and nature, appreciate the river, trees, birds and fellow participants and guides and sources of insight and inspiration. A unique, interesting, fun and cohesive group with shared intention and values was a bonus. Derek's intentional creation of a gentle container for shared power, shared leadership and shared wisdom was very powerful.

Perfect way to spend the afternoon with the team, and cleaning/ connecting with the river and surrounds
